These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the kuc9 platform and its services. By accessing the kuc9 website (kuc9.org) or mobile app, registering, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the kuc9 platform. kuc9 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and play on kuc9, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by law in your country of residence.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• Kuc9 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to register.

Kuc9 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed if the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is not completed.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your kuc9 account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.

• Accounts must not be shared with or used by third parties.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) may be closed after a maintenance fee is deducted.
• Please contact our support team to update any information on your account.
• Running multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Kuc9 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Kuc9 may put payments on hold pending investigation in the case of suspicious transactions.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kuc9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• A wagering requirement of 30x must generally be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses not used within the specified time frame after claiming will expire.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• Free spin bonuses are valid on designated games only.

Gaming Policy & Fairness

• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is publicly available.
• If a technical error occurs during gameplay, that round will be considered void.
• If you are disconnected, your game status is saved on our servers.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, bets will be refunded if an event is cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Playing on behalf of or managing an account for a minor.

Account Closure & Suspension

Kuc9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• As required by applicable law.
• Self-exclusion at the player's own request.

You may request account closure at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure, except in cases involving prohibited activity.
